Heat resistant wires of TLV group has been known as a reliable choice for the customers when applied for electrical wiring and connection in high temperature working conditions.

Wires can be either single-layer or double-layer and they are available in different dimensions ranging from 0.2 mm2 to 10 mm2.

The application of heat resistant wires and cables is when the customers contribute to the thermal appliances.

Single layer wire is made of copper plated tin as conductor and coated with silicone rubber. it is known as Silicon Rubber insulated wires and cables.

Double layer wire is made of copper plated tin as conductor and coated with silicone rubber and braided by glass fiber yarn. Final product will be impregnated with silicone resin.

silicon rubber is not only a heat resistant material, but also due to its superior brittleness and flexibility, can be used in different working conditions.
